The Doomed Planet is a first person shooter game prepared as one of several projects in a class for "Game Prototyping" (JCCC GAME 136). The game is very difficult to win because the project was supposed to incorporate an "invincible" enemy. In a nutshell, you play a saboteur who lands his spaceship on an alien planet a couple kilometers away from a communications tower that must be destroyed. Your goal is to make your way through a large number of huge enemy guards to the comms tower, in which case your mission is considered successful. Although the enemy guards are not too "bright", they are very difficult to kill. The game includes instructions about the tools you have available to you.
